Can we use vacuum cleaner daily?
Vacuuming is currently the longest running appliance in the home. But how often you vacuum your house depends on several factors, including the number of people in the house, the presence of pets and the type of flooring in each room.
For high-traffic areas, a vacuum cleaner needs to be used more than twice a week. For low-traffic areas, they need to be cleaned more than once a week.
For hardwood floors, clean 1-2 times per week and test the vacuum cleaner for floor hazards before using it. Even if the floor is clean, vacuuming needs to be done because it is difficult to see tiny mites on wood stains or grain.
For carpets and pads, vacuum at least 2-3 times a week, as dust penetrates deep into the fibers and can create bacteria and unpleasant odors if not cleaned in a timely manner.
For homes with pets, vacuuming at least 2-3 times a week, or daily if the pet loses a lot of hair, will help the health of both pets and people.
The frequency of vacuum cleaner use is affected by many aspects, the exact number of times you need to use the vacuum cleaner will depend on your own situation.
